This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for services purchased from BMF Software Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”). We operate with transparent milestones and fair terms aligned with EU consumer guidance for digital services.
Covers all service engagements (design, development, AI/automation, support retainers) purchased directly from us.
We include clearly specified revisions per milestone. Extra revisions or new scope are invoiced separately and are not eligible for refunds.
Notify us within 10 business days of delivery. We will fix defects that deviate from the SOW. If we cannot cure, the unused portion of that milestone may be refunded.
Email billing@bmfsoftwaresolutions.eu with project name, invoice number, milestone, and reason. We review within 5 business days and respond with a resolution (fix plan, credit, or refund).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. International banking times may vary.
Please contact us first. Unauthorised chargebacks may pause services and access to deliverables until resolved.
